INITIAL CONSULTATION  

 

• Initial consultation with your coordinator to discuss vendor selections, wedding day timeline and venue layout

 

• Provide a wedding day checklist.

 

 

4-6 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT:

 

• Second consultation with your Coordinator to finalize wedding day timeline, and venue layout and develop a rain plan

 

• Obtain final vendor selections and contact information

 

• Contact vendors to confirm delivery details and timeframes

 

• Provide a detailed timeline to wedding party and family members

 

 

REHEARSAL:

 

• Coordinate and attend a 1 hour rehearsal

 

 

DAY OF WEDDING:

 

• One coordinator and one staff member will provide service for the day of the event

 

• Arrive 4 hours prior to event to ensure that vendors and event staff setup ceremony and reception sites as planned

 

• Place table numbers, toasting glasses, wedding favors, guest book, etc. as planned

 

• Coordinate the details and timing of the ceremony and reception

 

• Direct Processional and Recessional timing and order

 

• Direct the timing of the couple’s entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, bouquet and garter toss and couple’s final exit.

 

• Ensure that vendors and event staff breakdown and remove trash and property as required by venue. Assist family/wedding party  with the packing and removal of personal items.
