Ranch Austin alone is such a spacious and beautiful venue and to take the cake, Chris & Melissa were great people to work with. They were good at communicating through email, phone call, and text. They were very flexible with allowing us to come to the venue several times leading up to the wedding for planning purposes. We felt very comfortable the day of the wedding and we were able to rely on them for anything that came up throughout the event! One of the most special parts was being able to select our own caterer as most venues require pre-chosen caterer. Don’t hesitate to book for your next event!

We had a fantastic experience working with Ranch Austin for our wedding reception! Melissa and Chris were attentive, responsive, and flexible to work with. They allowed us to visit the venue on numerous occasions prior to our wedding for wedding planning purposes or to show visiting family members the space. When we first came to visit the venue and were invited to BYO wine to share on the beautiful property following the casual private tour, we knew we'd found a good fit for us! Ranch Austin provides a taste of the Texas hill country, but with more elegance and closer proximity to Austin than the many other hill country venues we visited. Would 100% recommend booking Ranch Austin for your event!

My husband and I just got married at Ranch Austin and we couldn’t have picked a better venue. The location is far enough from the city to have that all-to-yourself feel, but still close enough that we were able to stay in and experience downtown Austin. Ranch Austin had everything I was looking for in a venue: options for an outdoor ceremony and reception, gorgeous lawn and reception spaces, and that Texas vibe with longhorns hanging out so close to the party. It was absolutely amazing and even our vendors who had never worked there before kept saying how it was one of the most beautiful venues they’ve ever seen. We are a military couple stationed on the east coast so I was nervous about planning everything so far away but Chris and Katie were always extremely accommodating and responsive whenever I asked questions and made sure that the day of went off without a hitch. Chris and his team at Ranch Austin were AMAZING. They're prompt at answering emails and we were able to go to the venue for planning purposes many times. They're super flexible. My favorite thing about this venue is that it's so spacious. For our wedding, we used the outdoor altar, the indoor ballroom and the outdoor reception space. Our guests had plenty of things to do and places to be, and it felt so seamless shuffling everyone around. I adore this venue and it's so close to a ton of Bee Caves amenities. Ranch Austin is a beautiful venue with great family roots. The owner, Chris and his family all do a great job at maintaining the property with care and communicating both kindly and clearly. The venue has several options for the ceremony site and can accommodate a large party. Our ceremony was by the windmill. There is already an arch there with bench seating and some flowers. Our wedding was small at about 50 people and our guests seemed to enjoy being able to utilize the indoor and the outdoor spaces. The string lights are beautiful. It's great that they are already installed as part of the outdoor venue space. The cows were a very cool touch as part of the atmosphere. I can't say enough good things. There are definitely a lot of options and privacy since they honor one event per day with several spaces to utilize during that day. -Charlene Donovan

I cannot say enough great things about Ranch Austin - and more importantly their entire team! From Chris to Katie, to mom and dad - you feel truly part of their family when you walk through the door. The grounds are absolutely spectacular and truly a hidden gem in this crazy city. From the farm feel of the real Longhorns on site, to the multiple wedding location options, brides and grooms truly can make their night both personal and magical! Farm seating under the windmill allowed for some very excellent photo opportunities pre-ceremony for myself. A grooms building was perfect for Daniel to get ready, then grab some great photos as well. We chose to marry outside under the covered stage/alter. A 5:00pm ceremony was truly breathtaking with the twinkle lights, outdoor bar area, and firepit! Inside, the Bridal Suite was simply divine. Complimentary wifi allowed me to take in the small moments with my favorite playlist, enjoy a nice cold beverage with my mom and sister, and give my dad a much appreciated first look to his youngest daughter all dressed up! Having the reception inside could not have gone more smooth. Access to the AC, the outdoor patios, and having enough space to accommodate my guests was absolutely perfect! Drinks, Dancing, Dinner, and Cake all went off with pure wonder! Truly a magical experience where you don't need tons of decorations as the place is truly beautiful by itself! The Team was incredibly responsive to all my crazy bridal questions and they host evening Open Houses which truly sold us on the venue! My husband and I recently got married out at Ranch Austin. It was absolutely beautiful. Katie and Chris are extremely accommodating and made our day perfect. It rained early in the morning the day of our wedding and Chris was out cleaning off the patio area so that everything would perfect! The venue is the perfect setting for a hill country wedding without having to travel out of Austin. The options are endless for they type of ceremony you prefer. We used the windmill sight for our ceremony and the pictures turned out amazing! The backdrop of the Longhorns were also the perfect touch for our rustic wedding. ​We had our October wedding here at Ranch Austin and I am SO glad we did! We had our ceremony and reception outdoors and it was beautiful! We got so many compliments on the venue. The oak trees lit up at night is spectacular. The owner was awesome to work with and so was the staff! Katie answered any and all of my questions throughout the wedding planning process the past year. I fell in love with this venue the second I drove through their property and saw the longhorns. This venue represented who we are as a couple so I didn't have to seek any further than Ranch Austin. I never had an issue with anything. They took care of everything and were readily available if I needed anything. We live in Colorado and my husband didn't see the venue till we came for the rehearsal dinner. On wedding day he told me I did a great job picking the place. Even from out of state Chris and Katie were so helpful. I loved that you have options in case it rains and you don't have to come up with a plan B. This venue was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed- a beautiful bridal suite AND groom's cabin (separate from the main building which was really cool). An amazing spot for the ceremony with beautifully strung lights that lit up the area at night and made it the perfect setting. we did the reception inside because we couldn't predict the weather. Our guests were both inside and outside (at the outdoor bar). The staff at Ranch Austin were very informative and proactive about keeping us informed about upcoming payments or things we needed to do. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and staff to work with!

Absolutely fell in love with Ranch Austin the second I saw it. It is a hidden gem and hands down the best wedding venue in Austin. My husband JC and I were married here and the venue was nothing short of perfect. They were so accommodating as we had to change our wedding venue just 3 weeks from our wedding date and they made the transition flawless. I got married here on 11/12 and the venue and staff are amazing! Chris is so helpful with everything and Katie was always prompt with the emails. All my guests loved how gorgeous the venue was! Beautiful venue that provided a unique setting for our corporate event! Our guests loved being so close to downtown Austin, yet feeling like they were in the Texas Hill Country. Don't let the word "Ranch" fool you. While you do feel like you are on a ranch with green fields, beautiful oak trees, a windmill, longhorns, and no evidence that you are in the city, the building itself is very elegant. One of our engaged employees even left wanting to have her own wedding at Ranch Austin. We loved the fact that hosting our corporate seminar at Ranch Austin rather than a hotel ballroom meant that our catering options were endless. I highly recommend Ranch Austin to anyone wanting to add a special touch to their corporate seminar, client happy hour or other corporate party!

My son got married in April.  Ranch Austin was the perfect venue.  Melissa allowed us to come look over the facility with the caterer months before the wedding.  I was amazed at how beautiful it was.  The hill country at it's best.  Windmill, lush pasture and long horns grazing.  Beautiful and that was January when we toured. When it came to the rehearsal on the night before the wedding, it was raining so we set up to practice inside.  The venue helped us organize the reception tables so that it could be set up so that we wouldn't have to move tables if the ceremony had to be inside.  About 4pm on the day of the wedding, the rain stopped and the sun broke through.  The venue helped us put out chairs outside and quick rehearsal for an outside wedding at 6:30. I totally recommend this space for any hill country themed wedding. -Shelia A.

Having my wedding at Ranch Austin was a dream come true! The owner and other employee's of Ranch Austin were always extremely helpful and accommodating. They always worked with us to make sure our wedding day was perfect! The features of the property are 5 stars as well! The outdoor space worked extremely well for my wedding. Having that space available in addition to the indoor space was the highlight. We had our reception inside, since it was still a little hot out. Many of the folks that do not enjoy dancing were able to hang out outside while playing some lawn games we had set up. We got so many compliments after the wedding was over about how much everyone loved the venue and enjoyed their time there as a wedding guest. I can't say enough great things about Ranch Austin. My son's wedding was here at the beginning of October. The staff was amazing to work with and the beauty of the venue is unbelievable. My name is Gabriella and am very pleased to write this review. I have been out to Ranch Austin a handful of times. After researching online wedding venues this was the first my husband and I visited. It was also our last. We immediately fell in love with the authentic Texas land. It is an extremely rare and special property. The location is just enough outside of Austin where the feeling is open and peaceful. Mainly what gives the 5 stars are the people there. You couldn't ask for a better team to work with.
