Base Weekend Packages Starting at $11,900 (Pricing valid for May, June, July & August )
Package Includes:

Venue Rental Time: 12:30- 10:30pm (additional time can be purchased)

Ceremony Site: Use of Ranch Austin's Indoor ceremony site or outdoor ceremony site under large shaded oak trees. options are available with this package. Ranch Austin provide and sets up 100 chairs for your ceremony.

Full Service Catering (food and drinks). Staffing and meal included for up to 100 guests (more can be added). Package includes your choice of (2) meats (brisket, sausage, chicken) carved on-site, (3) sides and fresh baked rolls. (2) Full Service Bartenders provided. Bar set ups provided for beer and wine only. *Mixed drink set ups would be an additional fee. We provide the set ups but not the actual liquor. You can purchase liquor at Specs or retailer of your choice and have delivered on the day of your event.

Table and Chairs for Reception: Provide and Set up (13) Round tables (seating for 8), (6) Cocktail Tables and (4) Rectangle Tables. *White linens included. Indoor option only with this package

DJ: Provided professional DJ from start of ceremony to end of event. (1) Premeeting with DJ for song selections.

Beer & Wine Purchase: Budget/Allowance of $500.00 included in base price to purchase beer and wine. Bartending service included in base package price.

Hard Alcohol Purchase: Not factored in base package price.

Photography : Budget/Allowance of $1500 included in base package price. (So you can select your own photographer)

Floral & Decor: Budget/Allowance of $1500 included in base package. (So you can make your own floral selections)

Officiant: Budget/Allowance of $350
*Allowance items: You will hire you own vendors and pay them directly. Ranch Austin has great recommendations
within the proposed budgets.
