What started out as a hobby, quickly turned into a small family owned cake business! I didn't know I had such a passion for baking and cake design until I took a small course at a craft store learning the basics of buttercream and how to assemble a good structured cake.

I knew this was the right path when all I could think about was cake; not the eating part, but researching design skills and new methods, baking and re-baking different flavors, reading hundreds of hours worth of tutorials and then practicing those new skills over the course of several years. I am a proud self-taught, from scratch, cake artist! I have been blessed to have learned from and trained with some of the top cake industry and celebrity professionals.
