What is included in the site fee for Ranch Austin Wedding Venue?

 

•Approximately 4,000 sf of air conditioned building

•Exclusive one event per day and full use of venue

•12 hours of venue use, including vendor setup/teardown

•200 Mahogany chairs

•20 60” round reception tables

•6 30” cocktail tables

•4 30” x 72” tables

•2 30” x 96” table

•2 Large separate dressing rooms with patios

•One hour for each rehearsal and bridal photo session scheduled around other booked events

•Indoor/Outdoor ceremony and reception spaces

•On-site facility manager - oversees venue accommodations only - NOT a coordinator

•On-site parking available

•Catering prep kitchen

 

Can I provide my own alcohol?

Ranch Austin allows clients to purchase their own alcohol or have it delivered the day of the event.

 

Does rental fee include day-of-coordinator?

No. We highly recommend an event planner/coordinator be used for your special day. 

 

Is there a discounted rate for reception only events?

No, our pricing is for up to a 12 hour block time of your choice. Because we are committed to only hosting one event per day, we do not offer a discount for reception only events.

 

What happens if I have to cancel my event due to a natural disaster?

While we hope that none of those things ever occur, we highly recommend you purchase Wedding/Event Cancellation Insurance which would cover any of these acts of God. Please check with your individual insurance carrier for specific details.

 

Do you have more than one event at a time?

No, Ranch Austin only allows one event per day to give complete exclusivity to you and your guests.

 

Can my vendors pick up items the next day?

Typically, all rentals and vendor items must be loaded out at the conclusion of your event. If there is not an event scheduled the day after your event, you may have the option to have your rentals picked up at a different time but this must be approved in writing by Ranch Austin.

 

When can I have my rehearsal?

Rehearsals can be scheduled 30 days prior to your event pending availability based on other scheduled events. If there is a wedding the day before your event, typically you will have to either choose to come in the morning to do your rehearsal, or hold your rehearsal off-site.

 

Would I be required to have wedding liability coverage?

Even though at this time we do not require wedding liability coverage, it is highly recommended that a$1M policy (RA to be additional insured for N/C) be purchased especially if any alcoholic beverages (hosts liquor liability) are being served. For more information go to www.wedsafe.com.
